Technology as a human activity, to solve problems and meet individual and social needs, transforming the environment and nature through rational, critical and creative resources and expertise. This knowledge is embodied in artifacts, processes and systems that can offer products and services that improve the quality of life. These products can be physical, as a tool, or non-physical such as organizational structure or a computer program.
Artifacts such as demonstration of technology, are tools, equipment, devices, instruments and machines, among others, which serve a wide variety of functions. It is then manufactured products that are perceived as material goods in society.
Processes in general, successive phases of an operation, which enables the transformation of resources and situations to achieve goals, products and services expected. In particular, technological processes including identifying the purpose, available resources and procedures required to obtain a product or service. Therefore, activities involving design, planning, logistics, manufacturing, maintenance, measurement and evaluation. The importance of technology in the modern world


Technology is all "the body of knowledge specific to the mechanical trades andindustrial arts. " The large modern factories, with its complicated mechanisms and thewonderful industrial processes developed in them, all demonstrate the technological progress.
When it comes to technology, just come to mind words such as: computers, video games, CDs, etc., without thinking that this word refers to any number of machines or tools driven by human but not a force that must be directed by man. These machines could be anything from small items such as calculators and watches to automobiles, airplanes, or computers mentioned above and famous. It should be noted that several of these machines work on their own but was a man who started and who can stop him.



Tecnología es todo "el conjunto de conocimientos propios de los oficios mecánicos y artes industriales". Las grandes fábricas modernas, con sus complicados mecanismos y los maravillosos procedimientos industriales que en ellas se desarrollan, son el exponente del progreso tecnológico.
Cuando hablamos de tecnología, solo vienen a la mente palabras como: computadoras, juegos de videos, discos compactos, etc., sin fijarnos que esta palabra se refiere al sin número de máquinas o herramientas movidas por una fuerza no humana pero que tiene que ser dirigida por el hombre. Estas máquinas podrían ser, desde artículos tan pequeños como calculadoras o relojes , hasta automóviles, aviones, o las ya mencionadas y famosas computadoras. Hay que señalar que varias de estas maquinarias trabajan por su cuenta pero fue un hombre quien la puso en marcha y quien la podrá detener.
